"When we started this work, I knew what needed to change, but I didn't have the structure to get there. Nia gave me that structure — and more than that, she gave me the confidence to lead differently. Watching my teachers go from surviving each day to actually trusting each other and trusting me, that's the part that gets me. The numbers tell one story. Walking these halls now tells the real one."
-

"This was the hardest year of my career. I was fighting for my a new contract while trying to hold my staff and my students together through things no school should have to face. I won't pretend the coaching made the fear go away — but it gave me somewhere to think clearly when everything else felt like chaos. My teachers grew closer this year, not further apart. That wasn't an accident."
“Without a strategy, execution is aimless. Without execution, strategy is useless.”
